Business Need
SSistemyapi was in need of software that integrates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management processes. The basic business needs that pushed Sistemyapi to this search was as follows:
Product and activity information regarding project processes should have been stored systematically, this way proposal preparation process should have been shorter and there should not have been erroneous results,
An automatic connection should have been established between work programs and income-expense and cash flows.
There should not have been any problem in correct planning of material and service procurement and reflecting project revisions to material and service planning,
Purchasing services should not have worked integrally with project plans, project revisions should not have been reflected to purchasing services directly,
Central monitoring of work progresses in projects and their reasonable reporting should have been ensured,
