 Within execution period of e-MOR project and afterwards, user companies are given technical and application support. In accordance with the concluded support agreement, companies can be given either on-site technical support or remote technical support. In order to have immediate solution for occurring problems, the support at shortest time possible is provided via phone or problem of the user is eliminated on-site.
Training activities are performed by experienced trainers in a way to satisfy the clients.
